How to Add an Anchor Link

It’s a piece of cake :)

Just select an object for the anchor link (it can be a block or a widget), then set a title of the link:

To set an anchor link for a widget, click on the “anchor” icon on the toolbar:

To set an anchor link for a block or widget, just select the title of the target link from the “Site page” drop-down list with all the links on the page. Don't forget to republish your site:
